Murder in a New England Newsroom

“Murder Ink: 13 Tales of New England Newsroom Crime,” a collection of pulp fiction by publishers, reporters, editors and novelists, makes its debut with several of the writers reading their work and signing copies of the book. Plaidswede Publishing invited writers throughout New England to submit a murder short story that takes place in or around a newsroom or reporter. “It was a switch to go from journalism to sensational crime fiction, but our writers did a fine and ghastly job in this first volume,” says Plaidswede publisher George Geers. A second volume is planned for 2017, with journalists again invited to submit a story from their dark side.
